Frocester Cricket Club ¤ Pounds Close ¤ Frocester ¤ Gloucestershire

This year Sir Ian walks again for
Leukaemia Research. It is the 25th anniversary since his first walk, and
Leukaemia Research 50th anniversary, so a special year. He will walk through 10
towns in 10 days and each day he can be joined in a park walk by the general
public.
We want as many people, cricket clubs
and schools to "Walk with Beefy" as possible. Each day will be split
into 2 parts, the first half of the day Sir Ian will walk from a local M&S
store around the streets collecting money, and arrive at a park where he will
collect all the members of public who have signed up at www.beefy25.com,
he will walk a further 4 miles, and the members of public can follow him around
the park.
Essentially what we need is for each
player/person to register individually at a cost of £10. You will receive a
t-shirt and a medal to remember the day by.
If anyone has any questions they can
come to me. Any help you can give to promote this event would be fantastic.
Thanks for your help, lets make this a special year and raise lots of money to
stop this terrible disease.
regards
