RULES OF  THE COMPETITION            

1)   No more than 11 players to be selected. The team must be selected in the following format; 
4 Batsmen, 2 All Rounder’s, 1 Wicket Keeper and 4 Bowlers.

2)   The overall value of each team must not exceed 26 points. 

3)   Player ratings are based on Averages from the 2009  season.

4)   Players must be picked using the following format:
You must  not use more than two players that have a value of 4 and three with a value of 3, as many players as you like with a value of 2 or 1 is allowed. 

5)   A Captain must be selected from within your side; all points scored by this person are automatically doubled. 

6)   Each run scores 1 point plus a bonus of 50 for scoring 50 and 100 for scoring 100. For example 125 would score 225 points. 

7)   Each wicket taken will score 10 points. There is a bonus of 50 points for taking 5 wickets in an innings. You score 100 points for taking a hat-trick or for taking 10 wickets in an innings. For example 6 – 30 would score 110 points, if this involves a hat-trick the score would be 210 points. 

8)   Each maiden over bowled scores 5 points. 

9)   Each stumping scores 20 points. 

10) Each catch scores 10 points. 

11) There will be no points scored for getting a Run Out.

12) Results will be taken from league matches only.
 
13) The league will start with the first weekend of league matches of the 2010   season. 

14) All teams and fees must be handed in by 31st May 2010

15) Cost of entry is £3 per team with no limit on how may teams you can enter.

16) The league will finish with the last weekend of league matches of the 2010 season.

17) A transfer window will be open from 13th July to 2nd August 2010. You will be allowed to transfer up to four players from your current side with players not in your team, but must not exceed the 26-point limit. 

18) Organizers will publish an up to date Players Database for this period. 

19) Players transferred will be added to teams from 3rd August and only points scored from this date onwards will count towards your team.

20) All decisions taken by the organisers are final.
