Thanks to
Stinchcombe Hill Golf Club for allowing us the opportunity to play on such
a grand day weather wise, hopefully the photographs below will show what a great
venue with some spectacular views to match the Autumn sunshine. A special
mention too for club sponsor Ken Boulton who attended and played. Indeed thanks
to all the teams that entered and PLEASE make this a must do event next year,
you won't regret it. I might even swap the camera for a golf bat, I mean club,
oh dear I have a lot to learn before then methinks!
Our special guest
from New York, John and Dianne Aaron, thoroughly enjoyed the day and
have gone back to The Big Apple full of great memories and stories from the day.
I must add a
big thank you to Eric Woodmason who played the course with our guest and was a
great golf partner
all day.
Don't forget then, next year is a must do event, lets just hope for the same weather.

This putt actually went in much to everyone's surprise. None more so than Mr Towell hinself.

I
spared the drive Lib and concentrated on the excellent putt. I do have the
picture of that drive that went horribly
wrong and it is yours for a small fee. Plain Brown envelope please.

Another classic drive captured for posterity.

The crowd fell silent as Pistols ball rolled tantalisingly towards the hole. That'll teach him to cough quite so hard on the Green.

Sam Birch drives off into the hazy sunshine posing for while in a classic pose.

'The

holding his position
just long enough for the cameraman to capture that moment.
